1) Keep a regularly-updated Gratitude Journal.

2) Keep a blog on Zaadz.

. . . And so I've decided to combine the two. Nobody could accuse me of not being a multitasker. :-)

My gratitude for today:

- Fresh, fat strawberries and raspberries from the Farmer's Market, so full of flavor they make me stop in my tracks.

- My Zaadz Ambassador package, which has had me reading and thinking hard for the past week.

- Every project I have to work on today is something I really want to do.

- Early-morning quiet, and black tea with honey.

- A respite from the recent heat wave in PDX. Only 78 degrees today. I can really get behind 78.

- My very-wise partner, who helps me calm down after a protracted phone-tussle with the student-loan people. It's so nice to have a fresh perspective when you're all polluted with frustration. Those people aren't getting the rest of my day.

- My tomato plant has at last given birth to three tiny green baby tomatoes.

- The many joys of unstructured time.

- Coffee & chat with a good friend yesterday, and the stunning new project idea that bloomed there.

- The scent of my Heliotrope, which is blooming madly these days.

- My large black cat, who is sprawled out on the desk next to me, his eyes twitching with a dream. What do cats dream about?
